Click Family Account Login. Use the username and password you created during your first registration.

           Once logged in, you may click on the ‘Register’ dropdown and register an existing student or add a new student in your account.  

First time registering?

Please read and follow the steps carefully to be fully registered.

** Important:  You are only registered when ALL steps are completed.**

Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Nurses' Office.

Physicals are good for 1 year from date of your last physical.

You can get the blank Physical Form here or on the left side under Quicklinks.

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the athletic office or school nurse.
